Pam was born and raised in San Mateo Ca

Pam started her career in the real estate industry in 1999.  She has always worked as a Realtor or Loan Consultant since 1999. She has received awards for recognition of outstanding production.

Pam’s excellent performance and her dedication to her clients have allowed her to provide outstanding real estate service to her community for the last 21 years. Pam’s education in architecture and business has provided a perfect fit for her as a Realtor.  She has designed, contracted and remodeled many homes. She has extensive knowledge of construction and finance allowing a true value for her clients need to unveil a homes exquisite potential. Her background has also offered Her Client’s expertise in staging homes for sale.  She has the true vision to market a house to its fullest potential.  Pam’s experience and education has been greatly beneficial in serving the needs of investors, developers and families. Pam has worked with many clients from Intel, Hewlett Packard, NEC, State of CA, Edward Jones, Doctors, Lawyers, CEO’s and Superior Court Judges.

Prior to her real estate career, Pam held the position of Account Executive for a National Window Fashion Manufacturer.  She was responsible for development and maintaining the Northern California Region accounts.  She helped with product knowledge, marketing, advertising and management.  She developed strong continuing relationships with clientele.

She was named Top Executive for entire nation 1990 & 1991. 

Pam also earned her Bachelor of Science Degree: University of California, Davis High Honors.

She has received numerous Scholarships: U.C. Davis, Rotary, American Assoc of University

Business Women and many memorial scholarships

She was also named MVP, All State and All Conference in Women’s Collegiate Softball.

Pam is married to Dr. Rod Gilger and they have resided in El Dorado County for 34 years.  They raised 3 boys: Jes, Jake and Joel who all now reside in El Dorado County with their wives and families.  Joel & Kristy Gilger are licensed Realtors and are part of her team at Aston Morley.
